Jordan Brand continues to tease us with photos of their all-white Silver Anniversary Collection, the latest installment unveiled earlier today. This fourth part of the set of twenty-five sneakers includes the Air Jordan IV, IX, XIV, XIX, and 2009, all in the collection’s themed white-on-white colorway. By process of elimination, tomorrow’s fifth and final installment should cap off the collection with images of the Air Jordan V, X, XV, XX, and 2010, so make sure that you stay tuned in for the final set of previews.

With Michael Jordan being inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame yesterday, it is quite fitting that we bring you news of the latest product that is part of the Air Jordan signature line- the Air Jordan 2009. A sample Air Jordan 2009 in a white and red colorway has popped up- a little eye candy for dedicated Jordanheads. It seems as though certain unreleased samples of this Jordan sneaker have peaked the interest of Jordan fans moreso than the released ones. On September 5, Jordan Brand will release a trio of sneakers each dedicated to celebrating MJ’s ascension into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. “The Beginning” is venerated with the Air Jordan I (1), “The Championships” observed with the Air Jordan Six (6) Rings (this hybrid combines design elements from every shoe Michael won a championship in), and “The Future” commemorated by the AJ2009. Each shoe features a splash of black patent and dashes of varsity red and white as accents. Personal nibbles from Jordan’s career – high-scoring outings, MVP Awards and Championship Rings are embossed on each model.

The Jordan Moments Collection will be available this Saturday at select Nike/Jordan Brand accounts nationwide.

Naturally, we here at SneakerFiles kept you in the know in regards to the Air Jordan Hall of Fame Pack releasing this weekend. Denver Nuggets star Carmelo Anthony has come a long way since being drafted into the NBA. He’s had 5 signature sneakers from Jordan Brand, plenty of NBA Playoff appearances, the whole nine yards. Now, JB laces him up with his own PE colorway of the Air Jordan 2009. The all black design is pretty simple, only being accented by a Denver Nuggets blue sole and paneling, and minimal yellow stitching. If you look closely, you’ll also see Melo’s number on the tongue.

It appears as if there’s life after XX3 (23) for the Air Jordan camp. Weeks ago, we offered an eloquent feature on the Air Jordan 2K9 (2009), but newer images of the shoe continue to surface as we move closer to the monentous model’s release at retail. The elegantly sculpted model features the inventive Articulated Propulsion Technology and an ecologically-friendly “Considered” design approach. The S23 color scheme is toned in a lavish all-black color scheme and is comprised of patent and high-quality performance leathers. Mark your calendar, the Air Jordan 2009 has been announced to hit stores on Valentine’s Day, February 14th. Though there is no word yet whether this model is the Air Jordan XIV (24), however it is known that the sneakers are made up of white, black and grey with a possibility to feature red on a perhaps a limited edition model. Other noticeable details include an emerald green hologram as well as the jumpman on the tongue. Keep an eye out for the Air Jordan 2009 next year when it is released.
