Every year, the NBA celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with green uniforms for an all-around festive time during games and NBA related events. adidas will be joining in the festivities with Derrick Rose’s signature, the adidas adiZero Roze 2.5. We previewed the All-Star versions of the sneaker not too long ago, and we now move over to the other side of the color spectrum with an all green make up of the 2.5. This model features a dominant green upper, accented with a white midsole, lacing and the 3-stripes.

The shoe is dressed up with touches of gold to accompany the SprintWeb and suede uppe,  EVA midsole and solid rubber outsole. Watch out for these when the Bulls take on the 76ers on March 17. Stay tuned for more info on a public release date.

Fresh off the official unveiling of the adidas adiZero Rose 2.5 comes this sneaker review from Derrick Rose himself.

In the review, D-Rose details the performance and aesthetic of shoe, as well as all of the signature detailing throughout.

Check out the spot as the reigning MVP shows off his new kicks and pick up a pair for yourself come February 2nd.

This year, the theme and colorway for the Eastern Conference will rock some orange, according to the many orange colored sneakers releasing as of late, like the LeBron 9 ‘Galaxy’ or the ‘Big Bang’.

Today, Hoop China unveils the adidas adiZero Rose Dominate in a similar colorway in all orange. The orange takes over to make a solid, simplistic upper  and slightly accented with the famous 3 white stripes and a metallic silver inner lining.

Look out for these in the next few weeks as the 2012 NBA All-Star game nears its debut.

Dropping just in time for Chicago’s Christmas showdown with the Los Angeles Lakers is this “Luxury Hardwood” edition of MVP Derrick Rose’s signature kicks.

Sporting a predominately black makeup with a woodgrain textured upper, the shoes feature green and red accents and an obvious Gucci-inspired look.

Perfect for the holiday season, the “Luxury Hardwood” adiZero Rose 2 is set to drop on December 22 for $110.

As the adiZero Rose 2 “Wolverine” drops in stores today, adidas unveils the next colorway in Derrick Rose’s arsenal of signature kicks, the adidas adiRose 2 “Windy City”.

Formerly called the “L-Train” and “Christmas”, this model of the Rose 2 features a dominant  metallic red, black lacing and heel supports and “The L” printed on the heel. The insole boasts the Chicag subway map to complete the look.

See D-Rose rock these come Christmas Day, or rock them on your feet as they drop on December 15, 2011 at Foot Locker , Eastbay and shopadidas.

In light of the NBA coming back, adidas is on full launch of their basketball line, on top of Derrick Roses second signature, the adidas adiRose 2.

adidas introduces the adidas Rose 773, inspired by Chicago’s primary area code. This model features adidas’ SprintFrame and miCoach SPEED_CELL sole, as seen on the adiZero Rose 2.5. The shoe remains a high cut upper and seems to be a step down from the adiZero. No word yet, whether or not D-Rose will rock these come NBA season, but adidas already has a set of colorways lined up for this release.

When Derrick Rose first entered the NBA he was under high scrutiny as he would wear a Chicago Bulls uniform for the first time and follow in the shadows of legend Michael Jordan. Now, Derrick Rose has proved himself worthy to the city and game after achieving continued success on the court including receipt of the 2011 NBA Most Valuable Player Award.
