We showed you stock images of this adidas D Rose 5 Boost which we just labeled them by their colorway but today adidas sent us a press release that officially announces this model to be a tribute to Derrick Rose’s mother, Brenda.
Although it is obvious that the Brenda adidas D Rose 5 Boost is also inspired by Chicago, not only his team but where is journey begun. The predominate red base is for Brenda’s favorite color with the uppers containing the D Rose logo and Chicago flag. Grey and black speckles is placed on the Fit Cage and finally the shoes are finished with a translucent red sole.
The ‘Brenda’ adidas D Rose 5 Boost will launch at retailers on February 5th for $140.
