Yesterday, we gave you a first look at an Air Jordan V (5) Retro which may hit retailers in June 2009. We are now getting a closer look at the Air Jordan V (5) Retro – White/Dark Cinder-Dark Army-Del Sol; expected to drop in June 2009. The style number is 136027-121. Though most sneakerheads are not too fond of patent leather on Air Jordans, many agree that Jordan Brand has pulled it off quite well on this pair.

  18. Hey, was wondering, anyone who has owned patent leather before, how do these hold up? Do they crease easily? Just wondering, any info would be appreciated. Thx.

  19. i had the 11's in gray when they first came out, i loved them and they never bothered me, but at one time I had a pair of Fila with patent leather and dude, they used to dig into my F**kn toe everytime I wore them, If theyre nikes though, you should be ok> They holding up part ,yeah a crease a bit dont wear them everday.

Patent leather is dope but yeah they do crease easily, so you'll have to get sole inserts to prevent em from creasing the toebox while you wear these.Also FYI white patent leather yellows after a while(I have the all white and columbia 11's) so you might need to shrink wrap them when not being worn or etc. The colors are seasonal and are definitely dope, its funny how people think from the a pic alone you can tell the tongue is 'cheap' looking….im sure you pick your girlfriends off the internet by how good they photoshop their tits ! People don't even know why they hate..these kicks are fresh. If you don't like stay shut.
