Known for some of the best premium collaborations in the business, Hong Kong’s CLOT has hooked up with Nike once again for a January drop.

Taking on the Nike Tennis Classic Suede, CLOT and NSW have given the shoe a long-grain beige suede upper, white sole, and red accents on the leather lining, heel panel, and Swoosh. A single red eyelet, along with collaborative branding on the insoles, add an extra touch.

Look for these to release in limited quantities this Friday, January 20, at select Nike Sportswear retailers.

Following last week’s news that Hong Kong’s CLOT and Nike Sportswear were in the midst of producing another collab, we now have our first detailed look at the kicks.

Set to drop later this year, the CLOT x Nike Tennis Classic Suede features a tan long-grain suede upper alongside red leather accents on the Swoosh, heel tab, and collar. Completed with retro tongue branding, a single red eyelet, and collaborative branding on the red insoles and heel, Nike and CLOT kept this premium update true to the OG Classic.

Look for the collaboration to drop later this year in limited numbers at select NSW spots.

After having just revealed a look into Nike’s 2011 collaboration with Medicom, we get some more “bear” news. Japanese brand Undercover has also decided to work in conjunction with the Nike design team. This teaming focused its efforts on a Teddy Bear pack based around the Nike Tennis Classic. Three colorways were designed with leather uppers, perforated Nike swooshes and a bear caricature embroidered along the heel. An expected release date is set for December 17 from Japanese Nike retailers first.

The Nike Footscape has generally not been welcomed with too much excitement among the majority of sneaker circles that we have heard from. But a recently previewed granite Nike Footscape looks to be the hands-down favorite of all so far. However, a current collaboration could very well change that. fragment design and Nike have joined forces to work on two pairs of the Footscape Motion, as well as on a pair of the Nike Tennis Classic. Pictured here is a very small preview of all three shoes. One Footscape Motion comes in a popular purple/black/white colorway, while the second one comes in a colorway that’s just as popular: royal blue/black/white. The Tennis Classic comes in a slightly more toned down white colorway, with minimal black and gold accents. Stay tuned for any further developments pertaining to this collaboration that seems set to garner some more positive attention towards the Nike Footscape model in general.

Brazil’s Nike Sportswear team is helping get the country revved up for the upcoming soccer season by unveiling the Canarinho sneaker collection. The collection consists of a pair of the Nike Tennic Classic (despite the collection’s ties to soccer), Nike Blazer low Metro, and the Nike Dunk low. Nike’s Tennis Classic was worked on by Don Torelli and comes in a black upper with orange designs and accents such as on the outsole and bordering the Nike swoosh. The Nike Blazer low Metro comes in a predominantly black suede upper with very minimal drawings on the heel and a yellow/white outsole. Finally, the Nike Dunk low also comes in a black suede upper, except it also has colorful designs of soccer-playing on the heel and a red Nike swoosh. This collection will be a Brazil exclusive, so those located stateside could find themselves in a harder position trying to snag a pair of shoes from this collection (or at the very least a more expensive position). Continuing with vintage Tennis Classic releases, Nike will be releasing their Nike Tennis Classic in a Vintage Green colorway. The Tennis Classic features an all white upper with green accents and a perforated swoosh. The laces also feature subtle green accents which bring together the vintage feel of a very classic Nike sneaker.
