In addition to rocking special white-based colorways of the Nike Hyperdunk, Kobe 7 and KD IV in this weekend’s win over Argentina, USA Men’s Basketball also donned Dream Team-inspired throwback uniforms for the occasion.
Paying homage to the 20th anniversary of the Dream Team’s gold medal run in Barcelona in 1992, the jerseys feature the styling of the early ’90s uniforms, but don today’s technology.
Jerseys for LeBron, Kobe and KD are all available now via Nike.com and – perhaps more importantly – the US knocked off Argentina 86-80. The Americans take on Spain on Tuesday afternoon in a final tune-up before the start of the Olympics.
