The Nike Air Diamond Turf launched in 1993 as Deion Sanders’ cross-training shoe for football and baseball. Three original colorways were released, with the first representing the โAtlanta Falconsโ in Black, White, and Red. We would also see the โEmeraldโ and โBlack/Purpleโ (now known as Ravens) debut in 1994. First retros appeared March 7, 2009, at $110, with multiple colorways through 2013, including team versions and new colors like South Beach and Yankees-inspired pairs. Nike stopped production until returning the silhouette to the market in 2025. Not only have we seen original colorways return like the Falcons, Emerald, and Ravens, but new ones, including the โSigning Dayโ and โMust Be The Money.โ
