Nike Sportswear is expanding on the Dad trend while releasing the Nike M2K Tekno in multiple colorways during Fall 2018. Originally seen during John Elliott’s Fall/Winter 2018 show at New York Fashion Week, the model resembles that of the ultimate Dad shoe, the Nike Air Monarch.
Some changes have gone into the M2K Tekno, for example we can see that it features a thicker midsole along with new branding on the panels. Retailing for $100, this is a big price hike compared to the Air Monarch which retails at $65 and can be purchased for less at outlets.
Nike M2K Tekno Release Date
For those that are interested in purchasing the Nike M2K Tekno, they are scheduled to release at select Nike Sportswear retailers including online at Nike.com during on May 5th with more colorways launching through Summer and Holiday 2018. Update: Nike has officially unveiled the Nike M2K Tekno. The first release will take place on May 5th in women’s sizing while a second launch will take place on July 1st. Retail price is set at $100.
