What could be interpreted as a deep sea or outer space-like theme, Chef of Gourmet Kickz brings us his Nike Air Foamposite One “Luminous Galaxy”, a follow up to the previously shown “Foampollo One” custom.
This shoe is an extension of the recently release “Foampollo One” in that it utilizes a glowing upper atop a space-themed print. While many viewers expected the entire upper of the “Foampollo One” to glow, it seems more sensible to keep such a grand effect for a galaxy print. Although galaxy print has been so heavily used by sneaker artists and fashion alike, the upcoming Galaxy Rookie tells us that this trend is here to stay for a while. So in true Chef fashion, Chef of GourmetKickz decided to “kick it up a notch” by making the entire vibrant galaxy print on this customized royal foamposite glow as well as the individual stars. Note how the darker hues of the print take on a cloudier glow and the brighter hues illuminate the brightest. The contrast gives this pair added depth and true dimension in both light and dark.
