Twenty-four consumers selected through social media platforms had the opportunity to meet and talk to Nike Basketball star Dirk Nowitzki during his visit to 24 Segons in Barcelona over the weekend. The 500-square-meter store is a new retail space dedicated to basketball — the biggest of its kind in Europe — and offers products for training and competition as well as a lifestyle collection.
Nowitzki left his handprints at the store as a memento of his visit and took some time to speak with Spanish journalists. “I like coming to Barcelona,” said the Germany native and Dallas Mavericks player. “I like the city and especially like playing in front of these fans.”
After his visit, Nowitzki stopped by the House of Hoops store by Foot Locker, where he had the chance to chat with more consumers.Â
