Available in the 2008 Spring/Summer Collection, Bape will be releasing their new Bapesta 88 model. The 88 features a stitched leather upper, safari like print, and the inconspicuous Bape Shooting Star on the back of the shoe. Some more of the Bape logos was incorporated into the shoe, for instance the shooting star and the “A Bathing Ape” written at the mid-sole.
The shoe is being offered in five different colors, Red, Black, White, Brown and Navy. So far 2008 has been all about simplicity and well executed design, the new Bapesta’s follows that same trend and lacks the redundant bright colors and awkward designs. Via Cliff Edge.
