The โFighter Jetโ arrived during a period when Nike was giving the Foamposite One interesting makeovers. Following the attention surrounding the โGalaxyโ colorway in 2012, this pair took a different route with a military theme. Over the years, people have wanted to see the pair return, and that will happen in Fall 2027.
For the โFighter Jetโ Nike Air Foamposite One, the upper is covered in a camouflage pattern of Black, Dark Grey, and White, with Hyper Red accents. Additional military-inspired graphics appear across the shoe, while Pennyโs 1 Cent branding lands on the heels. A small Red label that reads โDangerโ lands on the ankle, and a unique design lands on the heel pull tabs. A translucent outsole and Red accents finish the look. The original release also included special dog tags celebrating Hardaway.
