There has been a lot of speculation whether or not the images of the new Air Jordan XI (11) ‘Concord’ were authentic, and according to Counter Kicks, the images provided by VMV are indeed fake. It seems the Concord XI they had posted was just a mere photoshop to promote their pre-order sale for the December 23, 2011 drop.

Here are the first confirmed images of the Air Jordan XI (11) in White/Black-Dark Concord. Although these are only ‘teaser’ images, at least we know the Carbon Fiber isn’t completely black, as per the fake images. Stay tuned for more information as it comes.

  1. yeah man, VMVinc is BS. I bought a pair of 09 space jams from them on presale back in August of 09 and they were B Grade as hell, the “jumpman jordan” logo that runs across the middle of the shoe was behind the laces, not in between them like its supposed to be, and the soles yellowed SUPER fast. Luckily, I was still able to sell them on eBay but I advertised them as B Grades. VMVinc wouldnt accept them for return bc they were a presale. I’ll never buy from them again. I really think marqueesole is BS too. I bought the White cement 3’s from them in December since they had them early and they advertised them as coming in the retro box…when I received them in the mail, they did NOT come in the retro box, they came in a small as hell Jordan box, which led me to believe they were fake/B grade. I won’t buy from marqueesole again either.

    1. Thanks for the post. Seriously considered pre-ordering from VMV, I’ll wait. Got my Cool Greys in March at a reasonable price on eBay. I think I’ll go that route once again for this release. Oh yeah, DON’T BUY FROM SNEAKERBUM.COM they are bums. I pre-ordered Cool Greys from there and on Dec. 23rd I get an e-mail from MATT BROCK saying they couldn’t fulfill my order (that I made in October) because of lack of inventory. He said that they will refund my $$$, long story short, I filed a report against them through my credit card company and I got my refund in late February. Buyer Beware!!! They are accepting pre-orders on SNEAKERBUM.COM for the “Concords”. DON’T!!!

  2. Wow hahaha. It’s a good thing I didn’t even pre-order mine! @ MJC270 thanks for the warning concerning those two shoe sites!

  3. i bought my concords on bnyconline.com last month and they came in before thanksgiving break. now i dont even know if their real or not. They wont take them back so now im stuck with them and i cant stop thinking if their real or not. The soles looked good at first but after i wore them the first time they kinda changed some color(not that much) but, Does anyone have any reviews on BNYCONLINE.COM

  4. i just bought my pair of concord 11’s from vmvinc.com and they look legit to me. I compared to my friends retail release and mine and everything looks the same. The iced toe looks exactly the same. I’ve seen other pics, and heard about the seeing through the toe, but my pair is good to go. My shoe trees were also the correct size (10.5). I’ve gotten my true blue 2009 restock and concord 11’s from vmvinc.com and no complaints from me.
