More Info: Air Jordan Release Dates
Earlier, we reported that Randy Mossโ signature shoe, the Jordan Super Freak, would return in 2027. However, that isnโt the only plan for the retired Hall of Famer and Jordan Brand. In February 2027, we have the โSuper Freakโ Air Jordan 9 releasing, based on his player exclusive.
In the early 2000s, Randy Moss received his own Air Jordan 9 PE in the Minnesota Vikings’ colors. The shoes were modified compared to standard pairs. It featured his number 84 on the heels, while the midsole and outsole were changed for the turf.

This Air Jordan 9 is expected to feature a similar color scheme to Mossโ Air Jordan 9 PE. While it isnโt known if his number 84 will be on the heel, the pair is expected to have โSuper Freakโ across the tongue. Utilizing White leather on the upper with Purple patent leather on the mudguard. To further the Vikings connection, Gold will appear on the branding, pull tabs, and liner. Lastly, the pair will feature the standard Air Jordan 9 midsole and outsole.
