adidas Originals by David Beckham Design James Bond Fall Winter 2011

In Fall/Winter 2011, adidas Originals and the widely celebrated union of sports and style icon David Beckham with Undefeated founder James Bond releases yet another exciting and sophisticated men’s product offer for the fashion-forward consumer. The high-end sportswear-inspired line presents individual and fresh takes on apparel, footwear and accessories fusing delicate material and fabrics with the unique adidas signature style and a puristic design language. The result is a fine range available worldwide from August, with a second drop coming in October 2011.

Inspired by a collegiate look on the one side and a more uniform style on the other side, the Fall/Winter 2011 adidas Originals by David Beckham/Design J. Bond range once again combines American sportswear with British chic at its best. Highlight pieces include the DB M65 Jacket featuring a uniform-inspired take with a very fashionable touch through coated Schoeller fabric. The DB Puff® Jacket perfectly represents the stylish and sporty collaboration between David Beckham and Undefeated’s James Bond coming in a durable ripstop nylon shell with a cosy down filling. The water-repellent and quick-drying DB Knitted Sweater Jacket also represents one of the key seasonal apparel styles. Within footwear, the DB Gazelle Vintage Mid model and the Forest Hills Mid DB were updated for the Fall/Winter 2011 season, celebrating iconic adidas silhouettes but with a new mid-cut upper. The collection reflects a casual but elegant personal style, showcasing especially David as both a style and sports icon. The partnership with the Trefoil works perfectly through the synergy in sport and vintage appeal.

The adidas Originals by David Beckham/Design J. Bond product line will roll out to international selected accounts and worldwide Originals stores in August and October 2011. The collection comprises 28 apparel pieces, 5 footwear styles and 4 accessories. Apparel prices range from €60 to €350, footwear from €120 to €180 and accessories from €60 to €100.
