We recently showed you an adidas Forum mid-top that’s part of the adidas Five Two-3 “City Artist” series and is used to represent the capital of the world: New York City. Perhaps adidas will continue to try its luck with the Forum silhouette, as it seems poised to drop the two pairs pictured here next. One pair comes with a teal blue nubuck upper with tan leather collar accent and white sole. The second pair sports a black nubuck upper with the same tan and white accents. While the black pair has hit at least one adidas retailers already, the teal blue pair is not far behind.
