Although sneakers can at first glance leave an unpleasant impression, different colorways of and looks at them can and often times will change someone’s initial take. That said, we have come to realize that the Air Jordan 2010 is one such basketball sneaker. Many sneakerheads announced their displeasure with the Air Jordan 2010 model, but then a lot of them also admitted to have had at least thought about it again after seeing new colorways that, for example, include such colors as university blue and materials like patent leather. Pictured here is yet another new (straightforward) colorway, which entails predominantly black with hints of flint grey detailing throughout. Dwyane Wade brought out a white/red Air Jordan 2010 PE against the Golden State Warriors last night in Miami. The shoe features a red front and heel and white body. “WADE” is stitched below the eyelets on the lateral side, and Dwyane’s personal logo is torched onto the tongue. We are not sure if this Jordan Brand product will remain exclusive to the Miami Heat guard, or if it will make its way to retail. Either way, we’ll provide updates when more information comes to light.

Originally made for Dwayne Wade after he joined Jordan Brand, the Air Jordan 2010 “W3lcome Home” hosts a simple, clean color scheme that not only matches with the Miami Heat colorway, but is also a little reminiscent of the Chicago Bulls home jerseys. Nonetheless, this AJ 2010 yields a white perforated leather upper with red accents on the toebox, sole, and heel, while black accents are visible via the midsole, tongue graphic, and inner lining. Another key aspect of the Air Jordan 2010 that may go unnoticed is the word “Jordan” embossed near the lace eyelets. We have been spotting many Silver Anniversary products from Jordan Brand as of late, and we now have our first look at an Air Jordan 2010 made exclusively for the University of North Carolina as well as three pairs of college uniforms made for UNC, Cal, and Georgetown. As for the 2010, it features an all silver upper accented by a white tongue, icey sole, white midsole, and a hint of Carolina blue in the inside window. As for the uniforms, all three host a full silver jersey with the college’s name in white as well as silver warm-ups with the college’s logo and Jumpman in white. We showcased the Black/University Blue colorway of the Air Jordan 2010 back in early January and many of you expressed that this pair is much better than the “Bred” AJ 2010 that recently released. We now have a few more images to share just in case you are still on the borderline with Jordan Brand’s newest signature sneaker. This colorway hosts a black leather upper with university blue accents seen on the inner lining, stitching, tongue, and midsole, while the toebox and rear of the sneaker are decked out in black patent leather. The Air Jordan 2010 officially released just a few days ago, and we are already beginning to see player exclusive colorways of Jordan Brand’s newest sneaker. These sneakers were made exclusively for Dwayne Wade to wear in the 2010 NBA All-Star Game in Dallas, Texas. Featuring a metallic silver upper with white accents and an icey clean sole, this pair is definitely one of the better colorways of the Air Jordan 2010 we have seen upto now. Unfortunately, there is not a high probability of the “Dwyane Wade Player Exclusive” Air Jordan 2010 to make its way to your local retailers anytime soon, but be sure to check back for any updates.

As part of Jordan Brand’s national campaign, entitled “Become Legendary,” the brand has released its latest chapter known as “Nightmares Never Sleep.” This chapter includes a commercial and online feature showcasing JB’s newest athlete, Dwayne Wade, with the Air Jordan 2010. The online feature not only looks cool, it actually involves its viewer in four interactive tasks testing strengths that any legit ball player needs.
