Under Armour Has Steph Curry Signed Till 2024

Under Armour Steph Curry Signed 2024

Steph Curry has had another phenomenal season on the court and we are sure his sponsors are happy. While we can’t speak for all, we do know that Under Armour sells have gone up especially on his second signature shoe, the Under Armour Curry 2.

Under Armour has made sure that Steph Curry wouldn’t leave the brand due to a better offer and was signed to a contract extension back in 2015. The extension will expire in 2024 and if Curry is still playing in the NBA, we are sure that UA will resign him.

You may remember that Curry was signed to Nike back in the day and when his contract was up, Under Armour came swooping in with an offer. Curry even gave Nike a second chance for the brand to at least match UA’s offer, but declined to. This had all happened in 2013.

Although this is technically not new information, a lot of the websites bypassed it and it’s a good question to why the brand doesn’t ink him for life like Nike did LeBron. Either way, let us know if you think this was a good move by Under Armour or if he should have been signed for life.
