Two Men Shot Over Air Jordan Releases

On Saturday, March 5th, the ‘Vivid Pink’ Air Jordan 12 and ‘Wing It’ Air Jordan 2 released at retailers. Like most releases, a lineup had formed at the Brooklyn Center Foot Locker where a shooting took place and two men were shot.

The news which was reported by CBS Minnesota states that dozens of people were lined up for the two releases (more than likely everyone wanted the Jordan 12s) and out of nowhere, multiple shots were fired. When police arrived to the scene, they found the two victims laying on the ground and were then transported to the north Medical Center. The good news here is the two men that were shot did not sustain life threatening injuries and will make a full recovery.

As for the perpetrator(s), the police have made no arrests and are still looking. We also noticed that there were lineups all across the United States for the release and at some stores, things looked to get out of hand.
