Originally aired in 1998, The Powerpuff Girls ran for six seasons on Cartoon Network before ending in 2005. Created by Craig McCracken, the cartoon featured three girls with superpowers – Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup, and their father, Professor Utonium, who created their powers. Bubbles, wearing a Blue dress with large Blue eyes, uses sonic screams and connects with animals. In 2023, the franchise will celebrate its 25th Anniversary, and one brand they will connect with is Nike Skateboarding. Arriving at retailers in December, we have The Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low “Blossom”.
The “Blossom” Nike SB Dunk Low is one of three pairs releasing between The Powerpuff Girls and Nike SB. Also launching is a pair for Buttercup and Blossom.
Highlighted in a Blue Chill, Deep Royal Blue, and Active Pink color combination. This Nike SB Dunk Low for Bubbles features Blue throughout the upper, with a unique design on the panels and overlays. Next, we have mesh tongues and perforations on the toe box. Yellow detailing adorns the Swoosh logos and laces with Nike SB branding in the show’s font on the tongue and Bubbles written underneath. Her large eyes are placed on the heels. On the inside of the left tongue is co-branding, and the right has a bag of sugar. Other details include their enemy, Mojo Jojo, on the insoles with cartoon fighting bubbles and a Blue translucent outsole.

Releasing in full family sizes, the retail price for adult sizes is $135, preschool will cost you $90, and toddler sizes retail for $75.
