Off The Hook, Normi and Royce in Canada are the carriers in Canada.
2FT in Hong Kong and Journal Standard in Japan, as well as Pickyourshoes.com and Amazon.com will be selling their shoes. The shoe above and the first two after the jump are apart of the Rumspringa Collection. The White and Gold pair has labeled the Shift Mid and the rest are the Everyday Mid.
