After moving across town, Patta is set for a grand reopening in Amsterdam over the weekend.
Patta is proud to announce the grand reopening of the Patta store on Saturday October 27. The centrally-located Patta store is at an all new location which has been 2 months in the making and will offer the familiar Patta vibe, yet in a new look and feel that communicates the Patta image. The retail space is designed to showcase the variety of footwear, as well as apparel, accesories, and of course Patta’s in-house brand.
The new store is located on the historical Zeedijk in the old centre of Amsterdam and in the direct area of Chinatown, yet very close to key attractions such as the Red Light District, Dam Square and the central shopping area. It is also only a five minute walk from Amsterdam’s Central Station.
The grand opening will be highlighted with the release of Patta’s latest footwear collaboration with Converse. The Patta x Converse Pro Leather Collection consists of a Pro Leather FS OX and FS Mid and is a limited First String release. Both pairs take inspiration from gardening, and plant cultivation as a nod to Converse Pro Leather shoe’s “roots” in culture. Using earth tones paired with durable, abrasion resistant Cordura material, the results are highly wearable interpretations of the Converse Pro Leather shoe to be worn in almost any condition. We gave the high-top a tan upper, a velour interior with a hit of magenta and magenta/purple tongue logo. In contrast, the low-top version features a dark green upper with a purple velour interior and white/purple tongue logo. Both feature terry-cloth foot beds. Each purchase also includes a matching Patta x Converse t-shirt, all exclusively available at Patta only.
