Nike has introduced a new running shoe known as the Nike React Infinity Run. It combines elements from the Zoom Vaporfly 4% and uses Nike React technology and offers more democratic solution to stability, and an advance from traditional motion-control designs.
The Nike React Infinity Run also offers a stability solution for runners. Highlighted with a new design which comes with more space for cushioning which is visible in the front of the foot. Utilizing Nike’s React, it also has a flexible and responsive platform.
The Infinity’s rocker-geometry encourages a slight lean forward, moving a runner’s foot strike from heel to midfoot, or even forefoot; this creates a natural forward feel of propulsion. The wider platform, and the supportive foam that accompanies it, provides a reassuring feel — the shoe gently guides the foot in a smooth, straight line, reducing side-to-side wobbling and movement.
Nike React Infinity Run Release Details
You can expect the Nike React Infinity Run to release to Nike Members first on January 3rd. Following a global release will take place on January 16th at select retailers including Nike.com. Retail price is set at $160.
