While all the buzz may be around the overwhelmingly anticipated Air Jordan Retro 11 “Concord” and its packaging, we now have exclusive images of the packaging for Lebron James’ latest Nike signature sneaker, the Nike LeBron 9. We have all become accustomed to black slider boxes from the Nike LeBron line, but this time around the Nike LeBron 9 will come in with a simple yet loud all white box with a red slider. Embossed on the top in red is LeBron’s newest logo – the LJ crown, officially doing away with LeBron’s LJ23 logo. On the side, “LeBron” is embossed in gold. Perhaps the greatest difference from the rest of LeBron’s past boxes is the lack of graphics and detailed images on the box. Minus these details and a black box, does the latest box for the Nike LeBron 9 help sell the sneakers for you?

  1. this is a pretty clean shoe, I dont like it better than the Lebron 8, but its not bad. Interested to see if they’re going to go in the same direction they went w/ the 8’s with doing a V1 and V2. I think an all flywire/mesh upper like the V2’s would look pretty good on this shoe w/ some different colorways. That carbon fiber/Kevlar looking material on the sides kind of reminds me of the AJ XV’s. Hopefully we’ll see some more colors soon, the box is pretty cool.
