Nike Kobe 3 Protro “Halo” Releases Fall 2025

The Nike Kobe 3 Protro “Halo” will be released in the Fall of 2025. The shoes will be part of the “Halo” series, which marks the first time they will be released as part of the Protro series.

Nike Basketball and the Kobe Bryant signature line will expand on the Halo releases in 2025. The series celebrates Kobe Bryant’s birthday, which occurs on August 23rd. As for the latest iteration, we have the “Halo” Nike Kobe 3 Protro arriving at retailers, which will also be the first time the shoes will be in Protro form.

The Kobe “Halo” series started in 2023 with the release of the Kobe 8. In 2024, we saw three releases of the Kobe 9: the Elite Low Protro, Elite High Protro, and the EM Protro. In 2025, Nike Basketball will introduce the Kobe 3 to the series, marking the first time a retro will be released outside the “Fade to Black” collection.

Unlike previous Protro releases, the Nike Kobe 3 will live up to its name and feature a tech upgrade. The original release featured separate Zoom units in the heel and forefoot, but the Kobe 3 Protro will feature full-length articulated Zoom Strobel.

Like the previous releases, the shoes will feature White throughout. However, the photo used is a mock-up, and the blocking may differ. Furthermore, the shoes are expected to retain it’s unique web upper, signature Swoosh on the heels and Kobe branding.

Nike Kobe 3 Protro Halo Release Date

The Nike Kobe 3 Protro “Halo” will be released in Fall 2025 at select Nike Basketball retailers and online via Nike.com. The retail price is currently unknown. We will update you once we have more details. For now, check out a few photos of the mock-up below.
