In 2003 Nike releasing a hiking like version of the Air Max 90 which features an ‘Escape’ concept that was seen on the tongues.
Now for 2019 the brand will launch two Nike Air Max 90 colorways that will have a similar theme but is a tribute to the 1989 Lahar hiking shoe. One pair comes dressed in Light Cream, Alligator, Pale Ivory and Black while the other features White, Neutral Indigo and Smoke Grey. In addition the color blocking is like that of the 2003 release. Switching things up, the tongue label now reads ‘Lahar’ instead of ‘Escape’.
Nike Air Max 90 Lahar Escape Release Details
You can expect the two Nike Air Max 90 ‘Lahar Escape’ options to release at select retailers on December 19th and around the same time on Nike.com. Retail price is set at $140. For now you can scroll below to check out additional photos for a closer look.
