Nike has been exploring its connection to New York through several Air Force 1 releases, and the “Black Rat” continues that idea with a much darker design. The sneaker follows the earlier “Subway Rat,” but takes a darker approach.
This Nike Air Force 1 Low features a Black tumbled leather that covers the base of the upper. Furry material appears on the Swoosh, ankle, around the heel, and tabs, adding to the rat theme.
