The Kith x ASICS Gel-Lyte III Remastered “Salmon Toe” will release on September 28, 2026. Originally released in 2011 for the opening of Kith’s first New York store, the colorway returns for Kith’s 15th anniversary.

The original “Salmon Toe” holds an important place in Kith history. Only 72 pairs were sold in person when the first Kith location opened, followed by another 300 pairs released online. The colorway later returned as the “Salmon Toe 2.0” in 2016 before appearing on the GEL-Lyte V in 2021. The 2026 release brings the ASICS GEL-Lyte III back into the spotlight.

For the new version, the familiar color blocking remains intact. Navy covers most of the upper, while White appears on the ASICS branding, midsole, and other details. Salmon suede wraps the toe box, giving the sneaker the signature look that made the original so recognizable. Early images also show Fieg branding on the heel in place of the standard ASICS treatment.

The biggest change comes from the Remastered construction. ASICS has adjusted the shape, panel placement, logo positioning, height, and tooling to bring the GEL-Lyte III closer to its original form.
