Sneaker Files New Look

After weeks of bugginess, Sneaker Files v2.0 has launched in beta mode. If you like or dislike our new look, please vote accordingly using the star system above this post!

We will be working ’round the clock to customize Sneaker Files to the likings of our readers.

Please note: Beginning December 12th, Sneaker Files will celebrate the holiday season by giving away (at least) one gift every day for eight straight days!

  5. There's like three pages of space between the header of the page and the title of thie first entry. That's probably not normal.

  7. don't really like the beta version, the way you have it now is way easier to use and see, but if thats wat u gotta do to keep ur grind on then do it man. Will still be comin back here though so don't matter.

    i wuz thinkin the same. Its obvious thou that this site is run by ppl who know a thing or two about shoes, but not CSS and/or design.

  17. The candy blue gradient makes it look too much like a gaming website than a shoe site (I guess the banners don't help, but yeah definitely need those to keep running).

    The logo has a smaall incorporation of kicks, but is a major change from the previous (which had quite a few sneakers).

    So yep, definitely a step in the right direction but here's some constructive criticism for ya :)

    So anyway, the site looks ok. I liked the other header though. This current look is clean but it doesn't make you think "sneakers" like the other look.

    Its ok. Maybe the sneakerfiles.com logo with the sneakers hanging off of them should be bigger and wider (at least 800px wide) and you could put the ad below it.

    Put a glow effect behind the main menu text links and you got a new look.

  21. Its alright but you shoes make is sweeter with all sorts of cartoon drawn shoes (like nike, jordan, reebok shoes ect…)

Well it looks like its not so much of a change but a way to put more advertising on the page. i understand that you gotta get paid but advertising is the death of truth & leads to people saying what the advertisers want & not what you want to say. i love the website but i hope u keep ur eyes on the prize (prize being great sneaker news) & not being strayed by the advertisers. peace tho & ill stick around for the time being, but i cant if the in ur face ads increase. much respect & sorry for the semi-harsh words.1
