When trying to figure out to whom the player exclusive New York Yankee Nike Air Max LeBron VIIs were given to, we should have automatically thought that Spike Lee would have snagged a pair for himself, being a die hard New York athletics fan and all. Thus, to show his NBA team some love in sunny Los Angeles, the acclaimed director bust out his pair of player exclusive ‘Brons along with a matching navy Yankees blazer and Yankees Champion hat.

I have both shoe which I bought from a local store and after checking them both out I noticed that the White and Navy sports a gold hologram on the bottom while the White/Black/Red has the basic lebron logo. Every picture I've seen from nike has the first color way with this gold hologram but I noticed that in the video the pair he was holding has the same logo rather then the hologram any idea why this is ? did footlocker sell me bad kicks ? should I bring them back ? is the White/Black/Red with the hologram different grade then the one without ? is the one with the hologram a limited release ?
