The Nike LeBron X is definitely a different beast than the previous shoe in the series, the LeBron IX; one look at the both models is all it takes to see that the LeBron X is definitely taking things in a new direction. Taking things even further in that new direction is the Nike LeBron X “EXT” branch of the series, which utilizes premium materials to create a more lifestyle-friendly shoe. We’ve seen the Nike LeBron X EXT “Cork”, which had the sneaker community going nuts back in February. We’ve shown you pics of “Black Denim”, “Brown Suede”, and “Black Nubuck” versions, all of which, if released, would fall under the “EXT” umbrella. This EXT thing is here to stay, like it or not.
Here, we bring you another look at the next shoe up in the EXT schedule for the LeBron X series, the Nike LeBron X EXT “Denim”, set for a June 22nd release. The shoe features a navy denim upper with fireberry accents, with that same fireberry color featured on the midsole and clear outsole. Premium brown leather can be found on the tongue, lining, and laces, while a pink leather insole brightens things up on the interior. This shoe is definitely a love/hate affair, with people either losing their minds in anticipation for these kicks, or losing their minds every time they see the shoes, from the thought of knowing they can never erase those images from their mind.
