There are two versions of the Air Jordan XX9 ‘UNC’ PE, both sporting the schools mascot, Rameses.
The UNC Tarheels have advanced to the Sweet 16, and since they are endorsed by Jordan Brand you could almost expect them to wear something awesome on the court. Now we have found out which pair they will be wearing against Wisconsin, the Air Jordan XX9.
Now this isn’t just a regular Air Jordan XX9 you can pick up at NikeStore or EastBay, they were exclusively made for the Tarheels as you can see by the Carolina blue and obsidian color scheme. What draws the most attention is their mascot, Rameses. It goes to show that the Air Jordan XX9 is very versatile and can look good with any design plastered on them.

Update: Jordan Brand has issued a second pair of the UNC Air Jordan XX9 PE to the school. This time around they use a white base while still using their mascot known as Rameses. More than likely this will be a home model.
