  1. i feel like im missing something.. but am i suppose to like these kicks? like i dont really like them at all… do ppl think they look good? or is it just cuz theyre the XX3?

  2. the shoe is made really well truthfully the whole push behind the shoe is that it is a quick cash cow for resellers .. plus i know people who actually managed to buy 2 and 3 at a time so to turn 230.00 plus tax into 1500.00 + on ebay is awsome cant knock no one for making money when they can.. so i tilt my hat to all the folks that got the shoes and are making almost 10 times the value off of them .. easy money .. and fast. the shoe is cool .. i dislike the light blueish colors .. i'll personally only wear the allstar ones with his mj on the side and all black ones .. i heard that theres an all white pair with varsity red also in the near future. for the hardcore collectors.. they are probably the ones paying 1500 – 2000 for them on ebay .. lol im sorry but thats alot of music equipment money in my eyes .. hell you could [ractically pick up a used 98 civic with that .. LOL

  3. Resale value is cool, but whoever is buying these shoes for over $500 must have a low self esteem issue, or just money to waste!

  4. lol .. I just noticed that .. thats insaine !! somebody dont give a shit and want as much as possible .. lol

  5. TxStyle … haha low self esteem .. lol !! thats funny .. 1500.00 sneakers and workin at walmart .. hahaha getting out of a 800.00 car with no gas in it haaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!

but some folks actually have endless doe .. like some of the hardcore collectors .. but there are alot of broke people really reaching beyond their means to just walk around and take pictures in these specific shoes..

  6. YOU KNOW WHATS FUNNY THE LISTING THATS #38 FROM THE TOP TO BOTTOM ARE FAKES AND PEOPLE ARE BIDDING ON THEM LOL !! LOOK HOW DARK THE BLUE IS ON THE SNEAKERS LOL .. THEY ARE GOING TO BE PISSED WHEN THEY GET THEM FAKES IN THE MAIL !! HAHAHAHAA

  7. ALL THAT IS UNCALLED FOR. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT MOST OF THE SHOES SOLD ON eBAY ARE FAKE. SO IF THEY DIDN'T GET THEM IN STORES THEN THEY ARE SHIT OUT OF LUCK!

  8. Why are you people bitching about how much people are paying for these shoes. To some people these shoes mean a lot more than just something you wear on your feet. Paying over a grand seems like a lot to some, but for some it is worth it. There are people that buy payless shoes and think buying any pair of Jordans or whatever over $100 is stupid. Dont hate or judge other people because of their interests or what they spend there money on. I am not forking out a grand for these shoes, but I would rather do that than buy a piece a crap civic that means nothing to me and will break down in a year.

  9. They need to have an age limit for posting comments on this website. I am tired of immature kids like TxStyle making comments like he did above. He has the right to his opinion as do I, I dont know why such an immature comment would be made though. Grow up kid

  10. Different people have different priorites TxStyle. I already have a car that will go 100 mph in an emergency, I dont need to own 2 of them. That wouldn't be very econocically smart for me now would it? However, a pair of very limited exclusive Jordans that I make an initial investment of a grand and in 20 years they are worth atleast that value or posibly more, posibly double or tripple that price, now that is economically smart. The point I have making is people have different priorites and motives, so who are you or me to judge them for that?

  11. Well… I said it before, I'll say it again, I think these sneakers were meant to really be collectors items not necessary for wearing on your feet or playing ball in (like those AJ22 that use basketball leather). So you will get people paying 1000 – 2000 for it. As for buying it on eBay, you really better make sure its real. Then again some people don't care if its real or not and just have money to burn.

  12. Drew's right. People can buy or invest in whatever they want. I wouldn't buy the shoes because I don't like them, but I wouldn't say someone else who did is dumb.

  13. LOL FUNNY TX, YA MAN DREW NEED 2 TELL ALL THAT SHIT 2 DR PHIL. I DONT CARE IF U RICH OR POOR OR CERTAIN SHIT MEANS MORE 2 SOME PEOPLE, BOTTOMLINE IS ITS A SHOE. ITS NOT A CAR ITS NOT A HOUSE ITS NOT A YEAR SUPPLY OF FOOD, ITS A SHOE. N E BODY PAYIN THAT MUCH FOR A SHOE HAS THEIR PRIORITIES ALL WRONG. I BET SOME OF THEM PEOPLE BUYIN THEM SHOES AINT EVEN GONNA HAVE MONEY LEFT 2 EAT. PLUS I HEARD THAT SOME OF THE SHOES IS FAKE. SO SOMEBODY WILL REALLY BE HEATED IF THEY PAY 3 STACKS FOR SOME FAKES LOL

  14. You say its just a shoe and then you name more "important" material things like cars. It is a shoe but it is also a lot of money whenever you decide to sell it. I doubt anyone buying them will starve to death because they spent all their money on a pair of shoes. If they do those people probably arn't much smarter or mature than TxStyle so they deserve to starve. And if you spend a G on a fake pair you are dumb as shit too. I dont know the intelegence level of some people on here, cause they dont seem to understand the meaning of investment. You invest in a car, it depreciates in the time you own it, even if you dont use it, and you sell it for less money than you paid for it-YOU LOSE MONEY. You invest in a pair of these for MSRP $230 or up to a grand or whatever, the value of them goes up with time, you sell them for more money than you bought them-YOU GAIN MONEY- GOOD INVESTMENT. Get over the fact that there are shoes, people invest in all kinds of dumb stuff because bottom line it will make them money in the long run. If this is too hard for you to understand, a recomend some form a higher education, such as college or atleast a high school diploma. Most high schoolers understand this kind of stuff

  15. Its amazing how people leave comments about a shoe that is on Ebay that they can't afford . The only reasons why people are buying these shoes is because its the number 23 Air Jordan and to complete their collection thats pretty much the only reason why alot people want the XX3. I bet you wont see anybody rocking these ugly ass shoes in public. Hooping(Basketball) shoe only.

  16. I like how you (TxStyle) cant come up with anything intelligent to say, so you harp on me for spelling. I spend a few seconds typing these, I dont revise and put them in MS Word to make sure they are perfect. I should not have even started arguing with someone who has such a low intellectual level of intelligence. Are you smarter than a 5th grader? Don't even answer that, you don't need to and I am done talking to you. Take care

  17. I agree with Drew. These are an investment. A big investment! I started collecting J's in '85 with the first pair and 2 of every pair and color since. One to keep for show and one to wear. I had the collection appraised a year ago and with the condition they are in which is almost deadstock for the ones I have worn(VERY RARELY) it came out to be a VERY HIGH 6 figure amount. I have them insured and left to my kids so they will never have to worry about money for college. That plus all the Jordan jersey's and other memorabilia. Michael & Phil Knight saw a vision and ran with it and if you believed that the shoes would be worth the money you put out now your gain will be VERY substantial in the long run. So, it's not stupidity. It's business. For all you non believer's look up Nike's stock prices pre-Jordan era and then look at them as of 1997 before Mike spun out Brand Jordan. You'll see that in '84 Nike's stock was around $4.90 a share and in '97 your one share you paid $4.90 for in '84 would now be worth $400+ a share and that was 10 yrs ago. You do the math. I know I did!

  18. Hey TxStyle, I'll tell ya' what a pair of Jordan's can do. The First og authentic J's in all the colors wht/metallic green, blue, red ect… paid for more than half of the black '2001 lambo($215k) I'm drivin'. And I still have another set of them that are 23 yrs old in deadstock condition in boxes. I think that's faster than 100mph. Damn ur an idiot !!! Ur probably just jealous of us real collectors that see the investment value in the shoes and have made money and ur broke ass is mad you didn't think about it too.

  19. LOL YOU GUYS ARE STARTING TO FIGHT ON HERE DAMN !!! MAD DRAMA .. UH OH !!!!! HEY MAN .. I KNOW AN OLD LADY THATS LIKE 103 AND SHES BEEN COLLECTING DUST FOR THE LAST 60 YEARS .. WHO WILL BE PLACING A STARTING BID ON HER PANNIES I HAVE HANGING UP .. UNWASHED AND PUNGENT .. LET ME KNOW …. LOL !!!

HEY ALL YOU GUYS ARE RIGHT ON HERE !! TOO EACH IS OWN I GUESS.. WE ALL HAVE OUR ADDICTIONS IN LIFE.. MINE IS JUST MONEY IN GENERAL AND LAUGHTER .. GUESS IM A SIMPLE GUY…

  20. William- much appreciated, thanks for backing me up, its nice to get someone smarter than dirt giving their opinion. And Qprecise, what you ended with is what I have been trying to get accross the whole time, people have different motives, interests, addictions, whatever- no reason for trying to knock people down for doing what they do. You wanna buy shoes, buy shoes. You wanna buy 60 year old pannies, buy em :) Im not gonna knock ur ass for it. Peace to all

  21. LOL! Bootleg copies, I love the Air Jordan Logo with the finger roll instead of the dunk. That cracked me up the first time I saw it. Anyone got a picture of it?
