Air Jordan Kobe Bryant Black Collection

Kobe Bryant was presented with a special gift from Jordan Brand, the entire Air Jordan line from 1 – XXX. While mot of the models come in all Black, the stand out pairs are the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 8 that feature Purple and Gold.

Both the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 8 were worn by Kobe Bryant during the 2002-03 season, however they featured a White, Purple and Gold color mashup. Only two sets of the Black edition were made, one went directly to Bryant and the second will be up for grabs on eBay. Proceeds for the collection will go to Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation.

The auction, which is now open will only allow pre-approved bidders and the opening bid is $100,000. The auction, which is an eBay exclusive will run for 24 hours and the highest bidder takes all. Take note that models shown are Air Jordan 1 – Air Jordan XX9, while the Air Jordan XXX wasn’t shown but is included. Check out a closer look below and for those that are bidding, good luck.

Update: The auction is now over for the ‘Black Mamba’ Air Jordan Collection. The winning bid was $240,100 and a total of 37 bids.
