The OG “Fire Red” colorway of the Air Jordan IV is set to return in 2012.
Identical to the “Mars” IV from 2006, sans Spike Lee logo, these were originally released in 1989 and have never been retroed in true OG form. As you can see clearly in this catalog image, the kicks will be dropping around the same time as the Olympic 6, Charcoal 7, and 6/7 “Olympic Pack” next year.
While an exact release date is unknown at this time, stay tuned to SneakerFiles for more details – it’s looking like 2012 could go down as one of the best years ever for sneakerheads.
