There’s no doubt about it, but we’re pretty sure that most folks are still surprised at the news of the upcoming Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” 2012 retro. Not too long ago Jordan Brand shocked the sneaker world revealing that one of their most sought after LS models would return this Fall. As there’s still no word on how limited this Air Jordan 4 will be, we can however confirm its November 17th release date and bring you new detailed images today.
Featuring the OG Black/Tour Yellow colorway, some of main differences on the retro pair will include a black suede upper unlike the original 2006 Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” that was done up in nubuck. Although a nubuck finish would’ve been preferred by most, the sneaker doesn’t look as bad as many might’ve anticipated. Other than that, most details on the shoe remain the same including the white Jumpman logo on the heel and reversed “Air Jordan” tag behind the tongue.
