Originally released in 2001, the Air Jordan 16 marked the beginning of a new chapter following Michael Jordan’s second retirement with the Chicago Bulls. While the Air Jordan 16 featured several colorways, the “Ginger” quickly stood out thanks to its premium materials and clean lifestyle appeal.
Designed by Wilson Smith III, the model introduced several unique elements to the signature line, including a removable magnetic shroud, full-length Zoom Air cushioning, and a design inspired by luxury footwear. Michael Jordan laced up the “Ginger” colorway while playing for the Washington Wizards.
This Air Jordan 16 features a Light Ginger, Dark Charcoal, and White color combination.
