The 15th anniversary of the Jordan Brand Classic featured an impressive day of play from competitive boys, girls, regional and international teams.
In the National Boys Game, which featured some of the countryโs top incoming college freshmen, the East prevailed over the West, 131-117. DeโAaron Fox (Katy, TX) scored a game-high 23 points to take home MVP for the East, while Malik Monk (Bentonville, AR) finished with 22 points and 5 rebounds for MVP honors on the West.
โJordan Brand Classic athletes are about to embark on a path that is different from anything they have yet to experience,โ said Jordan Brand athlete Carmelo Anthony. โJordan Brand provides these athletes one last chance to come together and compete before they set their eyes on the collegiate court and beyond.โ

On the girlsโ side, the West defeated the East, 100 to 94. Highlights included double-doubles from two standout MVPs: Team Westโs Joyner Holmes (Cedar Hill, TX) and Team Eastโs Erin Boley (Elizabeth Town, KY).
โFor the second year in a row, I am honored to be in the company of the nationโs best talent competing in the Jordan Brand Classic,โ said Jordan Brand family member Maya Moore. โBeing able to place a spotlight on female talent raises the level of womenโs basketball and furthers the astounding legacy of Jordan Brand.โ

Off the court, Jordan Brand Classic participants were treated to an exclusive New York City experience throughout the week. The week included team Q&Aโs with Jordan Brand family athletes Ray Allen and Maya Moore, a dedicated playersโ lounge at Terminal 23, styling sessions at 166 Flatbush, and a celebratory awards dinner at One World Observatory.
