In the middle of October we caught a glimpse of an Air Jordan II in a White/Metallic Silver colorway that is set to release at some point in 2010. We haven’t seen many general release AJ IIs as of late, such as the pair that came with the AJ XXI in one of the 2008 countdown packages. But this is also going to be viewed as a great release for many Jordan lovers because although it is not a OG colorway, it is nonetheless a rather appealing color scheme. So, we now bring you some more detailed pictures of this shoe as we await more official word regarding next year’s release of this Air Jordan II.

Earlier this year, a lot of sneaker- and jordanheads got really excited upon getting word of a possible Slam Dunk Package from Jordan Brand, which could include white/cement grey III’s and white/red/black II’s. The AJ II got even more love when we showed you a preview picture of the Air Jordan 2010, in which an AJII can be spotted in the background.

Now, we bring you a look at another Air Jordan II retro reportedly releasing at some time in 2010. This pair comes in a predominantly white upper with silver/grey accents most notably on the toe box and heel of the shoe. And as a result of the silver/grey materials used, depending on how the light hits your shoe, you could or could not get the same reflective look as seen on certain AJV’s, for example. Jordan Brand’s 2010 line is looking to be a literal slam dunk, as the Air Jordan III (3) Retro White-Cement Grey will return in the Slam Dunk Pack, a two pair release that celebrates MJ’s high flyin’ NBA Dunk Contest victories. The other shoe involved in this already legendary lineup is the Air Jordan II (2) Retro White/Black -Varsity Red. The Air Jordan Slam Dunk Pack will hit retailers sometime in 2010 for a currently undisclosed amount.

The Michigan St. Spartans recruit is enjoying his time as a guard at Whitney Young High School in Chicago, Illinois and has recieved several exclusive models to match his team’s navy blue/team orange/white color scheme. For the launch of Eminem’s upcoming book, The Way I Am, Jordan Brand and Eminem have teamed up to release a limited edition Air Jordan II (2). The AJ Deux sports black leather with grey and red stitching.  “The Way I Am” Air Jordan II will go on sale starting December 18th at 7 PM EST and 4 PM PST via the Jordan Brand Flight Club. The reinvigorated reissue will be limited to 313 pairs, a number signifying the area code for Detroit, MI. Retail is set for $110 and a limited edition Air Jordan t-shirt will accompany this sneaker.
