When I took a trip yesterday to San Fransisco I had spotted this pair of Nike Penny IV in Red/White/Blue color way. The uppers are made of patent leather, while the rest of the shoe has very nice details including the number 1 on the heel, the penny logo on the sole and tongue. Nikebasketball has updated their website with a new picture of the Nike Lebron IV Birthday Pack. They come with a very nice case, but right now no word if a special t-shirt or anything will release. Also the retail price is not known, but the release date is December 30th 2006.

The Nike Lebron IV will follow their ritual for the past 2 years by releasing a Birthday model. Last year, it was said that the Nike Lebron IV Birthday will release in a two shoe pack, but Nike has pulled that idea. Also, it was said that the LeBron IV Birthday would release in a Gold or Brown color way, but as you can tell, Nike changed that. DLP from ISS said the Nike LeBron IV will release on December 27th, and should arrive at your home on December 30th, the day of LeBron James Birthday.

Each year, a Nike Zoom LeBron IV “SVSM” (which is Lebron James High School) are made for the SVSM team only. The SVSM logo is actually well hidden, if you look at the heel it is on the pull loops.
