The Reebok Question originally arrived during Allen Iversonโs rookie season and became one of the defining basketball shoes of the late 1990s. The silhouette is known for its rounded toe, Hexalite cushioning, and distinctive side panels. For 2026, Zellerfeld is taking that familiar design and rebuilding it using its own footwear technology.
The biggest difference is the construction. Rather than cutting and stitching multiple pieces together, Zellerfeld produces the shoe through 3D printing. The company has developed a process that can create an entire shoe as one piece, eliminating traditional seams and adhesives. Zellerfeld says its shoes are printed using zellerFOAM, a TPU material that is breathable, washable, odor-resistant, and recyclable.
Reebokโs Vector branding lands on the midfoot, while the Questionโs signature oval Hexalite pods are recreated as part of the 3D-printed construction. However, the pods appear to be more of a nod to the original design and donโt use actual Hexalite cushioning.
So far, the Reebok Question 96/26 has surfaced in White (Stone) and Lilac (Purple). The Purple pair also matches a shade Zellerfeld has used on some of its other 3D-printed footwear.

Bottom Line
The Zellerfeld x Reebok Question 96/26 takes one of Reebok’s most recognizable basketball shoes and gives it a completely different construction. The use of 3D printing and personalized sizing makes this more than another Question retro. It shows what the classic silhouette could look like when Reebok’s history is combined with Zellerfeld’s footwear technology.
