Last month, Philly-based sneaker spot UBIQ teased sneakerheads across the globe with a simple pic, featuring the face of one of our nation’s founding fathers (and Philly icons), Benjamin Franklin, as well as the words “Summer 2013” and the New Balance logo; nothing more, nothing less. Today, UBIQ has posted another teaser image, one that gives us a bit more info on what to expect.
The shoe, set for a June 29th release, features the New Balance 1600, a model rarely used for collaborations. The shoe itself features a predominantly blue and red upper, with brown accents by the collar.
