The Air Max 2000 originally launched in 2000 and was part of Nike’s Alpha Project. The program was known for pushing footwear design in a different direction, with experimental shapes and the signature five-dot branding. Unlike some of the more popular Alpha Project models, the Air Max 2000 never became a major hit and was eventually forgotten.
Now, Supreme is giving the model another opportunity. The New York-based brand has a history of working with Nike on both well-known and obscure silhouettes.
