The Air Jordan 17 Low ‘Alternate Lightning’ turns out to be an upcoming SoleFly Air Jordan 17 Low collaboration. Inspired by the original Air Jordan 17 Low ‘Lightning’ which released during 2002 and was worn by Michael Jordan during the All-Star Game. The ‘Alternate’ edition will release during February 2018.
In addition to this Air Jordan 17, SoleFly will also release a Jordan Trunner LX High ‘Lightning’ collaboration during November. As for the Air Jordan 17 Low, they feature a Black, Metallic Silver and Lightning color combination. Yellow is seen running across the uppers while Black lands on the midsole, eyestays, laces and outsole. Completing the look is Metallic Silver that wraps the heel.
SoleFly Air Jordan 17 Low Release Date
The SoleFly x Air Jordan 17 Low Lightning is scheduled to release at select Jordan Brand retailers on February 16th, 2018 for All-Star Weekend. Once available, the retail price will be $225. Update: SoleFly has officially unveiled their Air Jordan 17 Low collaboration that is limited to 2,300 pairs. If you’re in Los Angeles, there will be a limited amount at Shoe Palace’s 7725 Melrose Ave location. For those in Florida, they can visit SoleFly in Cutler Bay. There will also be an online release at SoleFly.com later in the day. Also launching is apparel to match the shoes.

Update: Owner of SoleFly, Carlos Prieto, will release his next collaboration with Jordan Brand during February 2018. Using the Air Jordan 17 Low, he is now giving some of his celebrity friends pairs early with their names stitched on the collar.
