Back in November we featured a story on Solange Knowles being appointed as new Art Director & Creative Consultant for PUMA. Part of her job entails creating her own women’s line which will include not only sneakers but clothing as well. Based on these pictures, it looks like the first to drop is the Puma Disc of Blaze and this is the first time the sneaker has been made specially for women. Ladies you have to admit that is pretty exciting! Anyway, three fairly new NYC creatives (artist Hisham Baroocha and designers Gerlan Jeans and William Okpo) were asked to create these sick sneaker colorways.
Ladies, if you can’t wait for the offical drop on February 22nd at select Puma retailers like Rime, Revolve, American Rag, Fred Segal and Nordstrom, you can head over to Opening Ceremony and cop a pair today!
