After the Stan Smith collaboration with CLOT, it appears adidas isn’t done with the Stan Smith silhouette. For the next adidas Consortium release, adidas has reached out to yet another designer hailing from Japan… Tokyo based Shigeki Fujishiro.
Keeping the sneaker true to its form, Shigeki Fujishiro dresses the off-white leather with STAN SMITH PLAY printed on the heels. The designer then uses colorful strings and intertwines them into the perforated stripes, creating playful geometric shapes.
The Shigeki Fujishiro x adidas Consortium Stan Smith PLAY is scheduled to release this Saturday, March 8th at select shops that including Hanon.
