Sacai and Nike last collaborated on the Nike LDWaffle in 2021. Two years later and the two are back with a new release with a woven upper that will debut in 2023.
This variation of the Nike LDWaffle by Sacai comes dressed in mostly White, a shoe that’s perfect for the warmer months. Instead of featuring a mesh and synthetic build, the shoes will have a woven upper that consists of various materials for a patchwork-like design. The double-layered aesthetic has returned with double eyestays, tongues, and laces. Other details include co-branding on the tongue labels, heels, and insoles, White on the midsole, and a Gum rubber outsole.
