“My adidas…!” That’s right, to celebrate 25 years since the release of Run DMC’s hit song, “My adidas,” from their 1986 album, Raising Hell, adidas Originals is giving back to hip-hop and all sneaker enthusiasts with the upcoming release of the limited edition Run DMC x adidas Originals ‘My adidas’ 25th Anniversary Superstar 80s.
The classic Superstar 80 will feature gold “dookie chain” lace locks on each shoe, alternative laces , and a Run DMC inspired collectible box. This jam packed release is set to hit select adidas Originals retailers worldwide November 11, 2011.
