Pharrell Design Boots Timberland Plastic Bottles

Eco-friendly products seem to be the thing now, but Pharrell is taking it a step farther with Timberland. The two will release some boots made of plastic bottles.

Pharrell Williams co-owns Bionic Yarn, a company that makes fabrics made of 50% of organic cotton and 38% recycled plastic bottles.

The collaboration with Pharrell and Timberland will hit stores January 2011. Over 90 different models will release using recycled plastic bottles.
