Nike Zoom Flight 96 Retro White / Black - Varsity Royal Released

Another color scheme for the Nike Zoom Flight 96 Retro has slowly released to boutiques across the world, featuring a White / Black – Varsity Royal. We first featured this Zoom Flight 96 Retro earlier this month.

The gradient Blue to to Grey stripe is a nice addition, as well as the leather uppers. It has been said, this colorway is inspired by Jason Kidds move from the New Jersey Nets to the Dallas Mavericks.

  1. I looks rather good. As much as I like this design, not allot of colorways look good, but this one works.

  2. Had these back in 96. these is Penny Hardaway olympic shoe. the number 6 use to be in the back instead of the nike swoop. Oh well i still fucks wit it. they can never retro shit back to what it use to like.

That is the DUMBEST thing I’ve ever heard from this website. Being “supposedly” knowledgeable on the subject of shoes I think you guys would be smart enough to know it takes more than 2-3 weeks to produce a shoe. These were seen LONG before the Mavs had anything to do with J.Kidd.

This is just a coincidence. Nothing less and nothing more.

BTW – I like the shoe and will be buying it.

  4. With me being from MEMPHIS I have to say I like Penny`s better. These just look so plain to me.

  5. The design of this shoe is so outdated(just like dunks). Just a bunch of lines running from front to back. You can bring up all the names you want to, Kid, Penny. I bet they asses wouldn't even lace any of these up anymore. Looks like something Mark Madsen would wear.
